A dark, delicious honey with a strong earthy flavour that has a unique taste and is not as sweet as the normal garden varieties. The Manuka flower (Leptospermum scoparium) grows wild throughout the hills of New Zealand.

Extensive research has been performed on Manuka honey with results earning it to be  highly prized and sort after from all over the world. The UMF grading system uses the most comprehensive and transparent testing currently available, appraising the unique signature markers in Manuka Honey.
