Organic Rata Honey | Tranzalpine

The light colouring of this honey relates to its flavour | mild, creamy with a slight saltiness. The hives are settled deep within the Rata trees to ensure the purity and certification of the Biogro Organic rating.

The Rata tree only blooms every 3 - 4 years which means you have to make the most it when available.  A super special honey and definitley one of my favourites.
